Terms and Conditions
• The Rio Ecotrip works according to the Brazilian law.
• The contractors certify to have a good health.
• All tours are made in outdoors environment, subject to bad weather. Most of our tours can be done with rain, if one of our guides has to cancel a trip for a reason of force majeure. Payment in this case will not be refunded and the contractor can reschedule the tour.
• You will receive the night before the tour, guide’s contact, time and address of the meeting point depending on the tour scheduled.
• On the tour’s day, Rio Ecotrip can reschedule the activity by force majeure.
- All our guides are English and Portuguese spoken.
- We required a written permission by parents or guardians to allow the participation of minors in any of the tours operated by Rio Ecotrip.
• Ecotourism is an activity that has a certain risk, Rio Ecotrip is not responsible for personal injury, the contractor assumes all liabilities, medical expenses and all liabilities with in death during the activity.
• None of our tours are recommended for people who suffer of heart diseases and chronic lung diseases.
• It is authorized by the Contractor that the images (photos and / or videos) taken during the activity can be used for all promotional purposes, blogs, website. The contractor can not claim any rights or payments.
• It can be done through PayPal and also we accept most of credit cards and or an account transfer (only Brazilian banks).
• A booking fee of R$ 50,00 BRL will be charged as a deposit (per person). The remaining must be paid directly to the guide in BRL.
• If you want to pay the full amount of the tour using a credit card you will be charged an extra 10% on the total price.
• We don’t refund the reservation fee in case of cancelation.
• Up to 48 hours before the tour, you can reschedule or change the tour if you want.
